Peter Bendor-Samuel founded Everest Group in 1991 with the vision to assist the then nascent outsourcing and global services industry to evolve more powerful and effective mechanisms to create and capture value. Over the past 25-plus years, he has led Everest Group to be on the frontier of the global services industry, ensuring that the firm is constantly at the intersection of how leading firms take advantage of disruptive technologies, innovative service vehicles, and game-changing talent models. In recent years, this has included helping enterprises and service providers to effectively leverage next generation IT solutions, strategically transforming their business services, and helping them understand how best to evolve their services to meet changing internal and external customer needs.
Through the extensive consulting and research practices developed at Everest Group, Peter has served numerous Fortune 500 corporations, many of the leading service providers, and a significant number of private equity firms, and emerged as a respected industry analyst advising the investing community through a partnership with DeepDive Equity Research. His many contributions to the global services industry have been recognized by a variety of institutions including IAOP, which in 2020 awarded Peter its Leadership Hall of Fame Award, Ernst & Young (E&Y) with its Entrepreneur of the Year award, PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Outsourcing Leadership award, and the Country of Japan, which invited Peter to serve as the honorary advisor to the outsourcing council of that Asian nation.

Peter’s frontline involvement in early outsourcing engagements enabled him in the late 1990s to write the industry best-selling book, Turning Lead Into Gold: the Demystification of Outsourcing. He is a regularly featured thought leader in international business media, including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Financial Times, CIO and Forbes. He is also a frequent keynote speaker at various industry events.
Before founding Everest Group, Peter started E&Y’s outsourcing advisory practice, and was first introduced to the global services industry at EDS where he was an executive in its North American Services Group.
Swapna Allapur is the Chief People Officer for Everest Group. In this role, she is responsible for the human resources strategy and operations across talent development, total rewards, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations for the firm. She is a global HR professional with over 25 years of multinational experience.
Before Everest Group, Swapna was with Deloitte Consulting for a decade in multiple senior roles. Her previous international stints have included roles with Sun Life Financial and Hexaware Technologies in the US, as well as Satyam Computers, Mascon, Parke-Davis, and HMT. She was instrumental in driving large-scale HR transformation in talent management, organizational development, global mobility, and talent acquisition. She also has extensive enabling organizational capabilities through leadership development, succession planning, and brand building initiatives.
Swapna is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and holds a master’s degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and an HR certification from Carnegie Mellon University.
Michael Benza serves as General Counsel for Everest Group. In this role, among other things, he is responsible for the company’s legal operations, he advises the company and its leadership on various matters, and he leads key transactions and negotiations. Prior to Everest Group, Michael was General Counsel for an aviation company. Outside of work, Michael enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with his wife and children.
Kyle Hayden is the Chief Technology Officer for Everest Group, serving as the global head of information technology. In this role, Kyle will be responsible for the infrastructure and technology strategy to facilitate growth in our business by implementing and overseeing technology services and products that support our employees and serve our clients. Kyle’s vast expertise lies in building high-performance global teams, managing vendors, standardizing solutions, and overseeing large-scale and complex technical projects.
Before Everest Group, Kyle worked as a technology leader across industries and organizations. He spent 15 years leading product innovation in SaaS, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and technology outsourcing companies. His broad leadership experience spans customer success, client services, consulting, and various project management roles, including building technology infrastructure solutions, helping clients migrate to a cloud environment, leading large consulting projects, and guiding clients on outsourced technology services management.
He holds a bachelor of science in Information System Management from Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana, and he achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certifications. In his community, Kyle serves as an Advisory Board Member at Ball State University Miller College of Business and is a leader in the mentorship program for undergraduate students.
Harsh Kapoor is the Global Controller for Everest Group. He is responsible for controlling, budgeting, accounting, taxation, banking & treasury management, compliances and planning
& reporting globally.
Prior to Everest Group, Harsh worked for Zomato in the business food delivery through e-commerce platform to end customers and advertisement. As Director
Finance, he was responsible for controlling, reporting, consolidation of financials in multi-country scenario, compliances, finance due diligences.
Prior to Zomato, he worked in the banking and finance sector in various capacities in India and Oman, responsible for
accounting, business forecasting, revenue and P&L management, credit risk assessment and drafting of policy
& process guidelines.
Michael Peacock is IT Director, Security with Everest Group and is a part of the global IT team for Everest Group’s Research and Consulting practices.
Michael is an experienced information technology professional skilled in IT Outsourcing, Leadership, IT Service Management, Program Management, and IT Strategy. He brings over 20 years of network, infrastructure, security, operations, and applications development experience across a range of technologies and platforms including Cisco, VMWare, AWS, Azure, and Salesforce.
Prior to Everest Group, Michael was a software developer at TeleTech and XP Systems.
He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from UT Arlington.
Karin Richer serves as Chief Transformation Officer at Everest Group. In this role, Karin is responsible for the transformation office and finance and accounting (F&A) functions, office administration, and the management of the firm’s senior executives’ internal initiatives. Her role serves as the connective tissue linking Everest Group’s corporate functions and the support they provide to the delivery of value to our clients. Initially joining Everest Group in the former Consulting practice, Karin advised clients on the transformations of their IT, F&A, sales, and HR services. She also served in several other client-facing and internal roles during her time with Everest Group, including those in which she built a new service line, led Consulting project staffing, reorganized the firm’s US talent acquisition model, and stabilized internal corporate functions during transitions. She has 20+years of experience in business and consulting. Karin earned a bachelor of business administration in management information services from the University of Notre Dame and received her MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business. Karin enjoys spending time with her family, hosting informal gatherings, traveling, and learning about various cultures of the world.
Andrea M. Riffle holds responsibility for Everest Group’s branding and marketing functions, which includes setting the strategic direction for the firm’s market positioning; building and managing the corporate brand; leading its research and consulting marketing; and directing its integrated external-facing digital and traditional marketing strategies. Andrea, who has nearly 30 plus years of broad marketing and communications experience, has nearly 20 years of experience in designing and implementing marketing programs for organizations within the IT and business process services industry that help achieve brand awareness and contribute significantly to business growth.
Shawn Robertson serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Everest Group. He is responsible for accelerating the growth of the firm by identifying and enabling cross-organizational go-to-market capabilities that improve our market positioning and relationships with our clients.
Prior to Everest Group, Shawn spent 13 years in multiple roles at SAP. In his last position, he served as the Global Chief Production Officer for the Commercial Sales Organization. His primary responsibilities included leading a team of regional Chief Operations Officers, and ensuring operational effectiveness and high business performance He is known for his inspirational and high-energy leadership style that results in sustainable success.
Shawn holds a master’s degree in sales transformation from Middlesex University London.
