Anish Agarwal

Anish Agarwal is a Vice President at Everest Group and specializes in global sourcing. In his role, he focuses on engagements and initiatives with global companies that focus on Global Business Services (GBS) / Shared Services growth and evolution strategy.

He has advised multiple clients on topics related to global services delivery locations and sourcing strategy, delivery portfolio optimization, workforce strategy, cost/talent benchmarking, and talent management strategy. Anish’s responsibilities include leading Everest Group’s shared services membership offerings and advisory projects in Engineering Services, Automotive, and Manufacturing domain areas.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Anish was an Analyst with Verizon Data Services India. He holds a master’s in business administration in business management from Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Jamshedpur.
