Sharath is a key industry analyst and speaker on topics such as people analytics, digital adoption platforms, employee experience management platforms, rewards and recognition solutions, on-demand payroll platforms, and internal talent marketplaces.
In addition to publishing numerous reports on HR and employee experience (EX), he leads various custom advisory engagements, such as developing go-to-market strategies, value propositions, thought leadership assets, and competitive intelligence.
He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut.
