Practice Director
Aishwarya Barjatya is a Practice Director on the Business Process Services team and manages Everest Group’s Customer Experience Management (CXM) outsourcing offerings. She is also an ESG Emeritus Fellow and actively tracks the impact sourcing space, especially within Africa.
She leverages her rich research and consulting experience of eight years to advise many global service providers, enterprises, and PE/VC firms on CX transformation, operations and service delivery, digital CXM, and mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, KPI benchmarking, opportunity assessment, go-to-market and market entry strategy, market messaging and value proposition, and competitor and account intelligence.
She has authored and also drives several industry reports, thought leadership pieces, and blogs across the CXM and ESG space for the firm. Prior to joining Everest Group, Aishwarya worked as a Consultant with Cognizant Consulting. She holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a bachelor’s degree in business studies from Delhi University. She has previously also worked with Gartner and Willis Towers Watson as an Associate.
