Practice Director
Sailesh Hota is a Practice Director at Everest Group and manages Everest Group’s talent acquisition research offerings.
Leveraging his significant expertise, he has assisted several global service providers and enterprises with market entry, business strategy, segment prioritization, go-to-market support, M&A scan, and process transformation. He is also currently a Sustainability Fellow and is responsible for deepening Everest Group’s ESG research initiatives.
He has also developed extensive thought leadership regarding the future of work and has extensive research experience across talent acquisition and HR services and technologies.
Sailesh holds a master’s degree in business administration from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
