Ross Tisnovsky leads Everest Group’s CIO Research and Advisory Practice, helping enterprise technology leaders improve performance, maximize technology investments, and accelerate AI readiness.

Before rejoining Everest Group, Ross spent more than 15 years at McKinsey & Company, where he co-founded McKinsey Ignite. Earlier in his career, he established and led Everest Group’s IT outsourcing and benchmarking practice.

With deep experience across technology strategy, benchmarking, sourcing, and AI transformation, Ross brings a practical perspective to the decisions CIOs face today, from prioritizing investments to preparing their organizations for AI at scale.
