Ross Tisnovsky serves as a Partner at Everest Group and leads the firm’s CIO Research and Advisory Practice. In this role, he advises enterprise technology leaders on IT strategy, performance improvement, and digital transformation. With over 20 years of experience, he focuses on helping organizations unlock value from technology investments, improve operational effectiveness, and drive measurable outcomes. His work spans IT benchmarking, outsourcing strategy, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, bringing a pragmatic, results-oriented perspective to complex technology challenges.

Before rejoining Everest Group, Ross spent more than 15 years with McKinsey & Company, where he was a senior expert in the Business Technology Office. He led large-scale IT performance improvement programs and co-founded McKinsey Ignite, an expert-led diagnostic and benchmarking solution designed to provide C-level executives with actionable insights. Earlier in his career, he established and led Everest Group’s IT outsourcing and benchmarking service line, helping enterprises make informed sourcing decisions. He also served as a transformation project executive at IBM, leading cross-functional initiatives focused on strategic business transformation.

Ross holds an MBA in IT and operations from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a master of engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine.
