Parul Jain is a member of the Global Sourcing team and assists clients on topics related to service delivery portfolio optimization, benchmarking, operational review and growth strategy. Parul’s responsibilities include managing Everest Group’s offerings focused on locations and workforce optimization, including Locations Insider™. She is actively involved in thought leadership development on next-generation themes for shared services such as the impact of digitalization and automation on delivery portfolio strategies, innovation, and talent hotspots for future skills.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Parul was a Senior Analyst with The Smart Cube. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Delhi University.
