Chhandak Biswas is a Practice Director on the Business Process Services team. He assists clients on topics related to customer experience management, including customer experience (CX) strategy, service delivery models, market opportunity assessment, mergers and acquisition support, and contact center technologies. Prior to joining Everest Group, Chhandak worked as an engineer with Coal India Limited. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Durgapur.
