Ashish Sehdev, Vice President, is responsible for accelerating Everest Group’s research and advisory in the Asia Pacific region. He brings over 20 years of demonstrated leadership and high-performance expertise in CXO advisory, building executive relationships, driving go-to-market strategies and sales, bringing innovative solutions and approaches, and evangelizing customer success and brand. Ashish also leads and builds outstanding teams that deliver profitable revenue growth in professional services, technology products, and services industries. As a trusted advisor to CXOs, and a high-energy, inspiring sales leader, he enables his team to orchestrate our breadth of capabilities and support our client's strategic objectives and critical priorities, helping them to stay relevant and capitalize on new growth opportunities in a fast-changing digital world. He drives a relentless focus on proactive, high-value engagement with clients, execution of the account plans and sales playbook, and coaches his team to deliver outstanding results. He also spearheads key ecosystem collaborations, for example, with industry bodies like NASSCOM, on initiatives and seminal research that shapes industry thinking. Prior to Everest Group, Ashish worked with a leading management consulting firm, where he led multiple roles around consulting delivery (focusing on strategy, innovation, and operational excellence), business development, and international expansion to over 25 countries covering US, Europe, MEA, China and Asia Pac regions. These roles included leading greenfield setups, country P&L’s, strategic alliances and partnerships, and acquisitions in the US and Europe. He enjoys sharing his passion and experiences at industry conferences and forums. In 2014, as an advisor to CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), he was part of the core team that developed the framework for India’s Industrial Innovation Awards held annually ever since. He is a Certified Innovation Practitioner from ASQ and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Outside of work and family, he enjoys traveling, jamming on his guitar, playing tennis, and mentoring start-ups.
