Udit Singh leads the Digital Workplace practice and is part of the Information Technology Services Leadership team at Everest Group. His responsibilities span leading research and engagements with service providers, enterprises, technology vendors, and PE firms across IT services, with a special focus on digital workplace, cloud, and employee experience management. He works on a range of projects, including growth strategy formulation, value proposition refinement, capability benchmarking, go-to-market advisory, sales enablement, and market evangelization.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Udit worked as a software developer with a leading technology services firm. He holds a master’s degree in business administration in human resources from XLRI (Xavier School of Management), Jamshedpur, India, and a B.Tech (computer science) degree from UPTU (Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University), Lucknow, India.
