Shailesh, Vice President, HR, is a business enabling, employee centric HR leader. With more than 15 years of experience in driving people priorities in sync with business strategies, he carries a well-rounded understanding of HR in diverse global and Indian organizations across the IT Services, Media, Tech, Telecom, and Manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Everest Group, Shailesh led HR for Network18 Digital businesses. In his current role at Everest Group, Shailesh is responsible for building cohesive teams, developing people, and engaging them effectively for impactful business outcomes. Shailesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT Jaipur, and an MBA in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
