Ambika Kini is a Practice Director at Everest Group, where she leads sustainability technology and services efforts. She leverages five years of strategy advisory and research expertise to help both buyers and providers navigate an evolving sustainability market.

Specifically, Ambika studies market dynamics, emerging trends, and buyer priorities to inform sourcing decisions and delivers supply-side insights that enable service providers to benchmark capabilities, shape go-to-market strategies, and refine solution portfolios across key areas such as net zero, sustainable IT, ESG data management, and carbon accounting.

Ambika leads custom engagements such as total addressable market analyses, competitive intelligence, and thought leadership development to equip clients with the data-driven insights they need to shape their sustainability services portfolios and strengthen their market positioning.

Before joining Everest Group, she was an associate consultant in the Chief Delivery Officer’s office at Infosys, delivering research and insights across multiple business units. Ambika holds a bachelor’s degree (Hons) in chemistry from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and a master’s degree in business administration from SCMHRD, Pune.
