Job overview
Everest Group is looking for a remote Digital Marketing Strategist to drive engagement through live events and social media community management. This individual would be a key member of the digital team focused on supporting our events including webinars, LinkedIn Live stream events and tradeshows/in-person events. They would also be a skilled social media community manager, with a focus on b2b growth and engagement across social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of marketing experience, possess strong writing skills with a passion for digital engagement, project, and event coordination skills. Additionally, the candidate must be a detail-orientated collaborator with the ability to initiate and manage projects independently
Key responsibilities
Webinars and Events
- Assist in the management and execution of the firm’s webinars and online events
- Excellent project management skills to balance multiple deadlines associated with each event
- Manage all aspects of event launch from setup, promotion to post-promotion and follow-up
- Sense of responsibility and ownership around success and engagement of our events
Social Media and Writing
- Experience in writing for b2b marketing campaigns/objectives
- Knowledge of social media platforms and community engagement/management
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Create compelling and consistent messaging for digital mediums to drive responses and engagement
- Passion for testing and learning from others as to what works and what drives responses from our community
- Review and edit other team members’ content as needed
What You Will Bring
- 3-5 years of marketing experience
- Webinar or Live Event Platform experience
- Passion for digital marketing that results in clear, measurable business impact
- Ability to create short- and long-plans and execute
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences engage with and how to create it
- Ability to test content and analyze metrics to continuously improve performance
- Experience working within a small team whose members have overlapping responsibilities and complementary skill sets
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to prioritize activities with limited direction
- Motivated by a fast-paced, entrepreneurial-like atmosphere, where you can make significant contributions
- Enjoy working with smart people across the globe, including extended marketing team members, sales directors, analysts, consultants, industry partners, and senior executives
- Proactive, strategic thinker, and swift executioner
- B2B Marketing experience preferred
- Professional services firm experience preferred
