Anil Vijayan is a member of the Business Process Services team and assists clients on topics related to HR and talent services including payroll, benefits, permanent and contingent talent acquisition, multi-process HR outsourcing, learning, and broader talent management. Anil’s responsibilities include leading Everest Group’s HR Outsourcing (HRO), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) offerings.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Anil was a Manager with Ernst & Young’s advisory business. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut.
