Kriti Gupta is a Practice Director in Everest Group’s technology practice covering Banking and Financial Services (BFS). She is responsible for driving published research such as provider landscapes and annual reports. Kriti assists BFS clients on topics related to mergers and acquisitions and go-to-market strategy, business case quantification, account strategy, competition intelligence, and refinement of services value proposition. As a subject matter expert, she tracks lending, wealth management, sustainability in BFSI, regulatory landscape, and technology trends across banking and capital markets.
Prior to Everest Group, Kriti worked with HCL Technologies as a pre-sales consultant for the BFS industry. She holds a master’s in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
