Nisha Krishan is a Practice Director and leads Everest Group’s Interactive Experience (IX) services research practice. Based out of the Gurgaon office, she leads market conversations and engagements with IT service providers, design agencies, advertising firms, consultancies, and players in the MarTech ecosystem. Her role revolves around unearthing the market trends governing the stakeholder experience ecosystem and how players are aligning their investments and go–to–market strategy to capture the market opportunity.
Her team’s engagements span multiple areas of the experience ecosystem, including digital commerce, creatives and content, media planning and buying, customer journey orchestration, and data–driven personalization. In addition to leading the vendor evaluation (PEAK Matrix®) initiative, she works with enterprises, service providers, product firms, industry associations, and investment firms on problem statements such as deal constructs, go–to–market strategy, market positioning, business due diligence, sales enablement, and enterprise adoption benchmarking. Nisha has a strong interest in understanding the role that technology plays in shaping our ways of living and the future, and she regularly publishes blogs on customer experience, AI, and data privacy regulations.
She holds a master’s degree in business administration from FORE School of Management, India, and a master of science degree from École Normale Supérieure de Cachan, France.
