Arpit Jhaver is a Practice Director and member of the Pricing Assurance team at Everest Group. He assists clients on topic related to price benchmarking, solution review, and contract evaluation for Business Process Services (BPS) area. Arpit has rich experience in the Business Process industry, cutting across industry verticals and service lines. Prior to joining Everest Group, Arpit worked with Wipro Limited and Infosys BPM as a pre-sales consultant, supporting varied aspects of the BPO pursuit cycle including pricing and solutioning. He holds a masters degree in business administration from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, India, and a bachelors degree in engineering from RGPV university, Bhopal, India.
