Dinesh Singh Udawat is a Practice Director with Everest Group, responsible for leading the insurance Business Process Services (BPS) program. His area of expertise spans across the insurance landscape with a strong focus on the Life and Annuities (L&A) insurance and Third Party Administration (TPA) segments. He has advised insurance enterprises and service providers on diverse topics, including go-to-market strategies, sourcing strategies, sales enablement, and market positioning.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Dinesh spent two years at Deloitte, where he contributed to several research engagements focused on market entry strategies, industry assessments, and competitive intelligence for banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) clients.
