Prior to joining Everest Group, Dev worked at HCL Technologies as a presales consultant in infrastructure services division, assisting clients with service management solutioning and crafting their service management journey. He holds a master's degree in business administration from the International Management Institute (IMI, New Delhi), and a bachelor's degree specializing in information technology engineering from Dehradun Institute of Technology, Dehradun.
