Everest Group is the Knowledge Partner for the Contact Center Association of the Philippines’ annual virtual conference – Contact Islands 2021.

Eric Simonson, Managing Partner at Everest Group, will be presenting at the event in a session titled, “Industry Leadership: Prospects for the Philippines.” He will examine the Philippines’ prospects to sustain its growth in the IT-BPM space.

Shirley Hung, Partner at Everest Group, will be speaking in a session titled, “Global Industry Overview,” in which she’ll explore the lessons from the previous year, adjustments in 2021, and the future outlook for the IT-BPM industry and its stakeholders.
