CCAP Contact Islands 2019 – July 24 – 25 | Event

Everest Group is honoured to announce that it is the Knowledge Partner for Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) annual conference, Contact Islands 2019. The theme of this year’s conference is “Re-imagining CX: The Future and Beyond.” At the event, thought leaders from various industries will discuss their experiences in leading their organizations through CX transformation journeys. Discussions will focus on case studies and key insights that can serve as benchmarks or inspirations for other contact center leaders to apply to their own organizational transformations.
