Vice President of Research Salil Dani will be a keynote speaker at the 5th annual Shared Services Conclave held in Costa Rica on July 12-13, 2017.

Salil will deliver the first keynote presentation on July 13 titled “Analysis of Digital Transformation: Market Trends ” where he will discuss and answer the question: What are the biggest opportunities and impact of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in global shared services?

Mario Tucci, co-founder of MVD Consulting will also be a keynote speaker at the event. Mario will deliver the first keynote presentation on July 12 titled “Competitive Analysis: Performance of Latin America in the Global Services Delivery.”
