In my recent conversations with Fortune 500 CEOs and other senior leaders of large enterprises, some report their workforce is already starting to shift back to the office from the prior work-from-home model in place during the COVID-19 pandemic. Most state they want their workforce fully back in the office instead of working from home by September.
