UK Symposium: Leveraging Digital Technologies in a Disordered World — July 6 | Event

UK digital disruption event

Everest Group leaders and analysts will host an UK-based event titled Leveraging Digital Technologies in a Disordered World. At this event, analysts will discuss how the pivot to digital is disrupting business models, driving automation adoption, and impacting location strategy, and how organizations are leveraging the change to drive innovation.

Everest Group CEO Peter Bendor-Samuel will discuss the threat and promise of pivoting to digital. Research VP Sarah Burnett, along with our expert analysts, will present insights on the realities of automation’s impact on service delivery, the implications to offshoring, and the role of benchmarking in driving innovation. We also have invited a senior enterprise executive to share experiences – the good & the bad – of leveraging digital to transform service delivery.

The program will include a discussion of our insights followed by a networking session with colleagues and Everest Group analysts over drinks and canapes at the ICAEW.
