Sourcing leaders leverage this assessment to select the right service provider(s) in specific locations. For providers, the assessment acts as a credential when pitching a location as part of their outsourcing solution. Our first report on the Mexico market was released in January 2024. Following that, our second report, covering the Poland market, was released in July 2024. You can access the latest report here.
