“Outsourcing of information technology services is on the rise according to a new report by Everest Group. Last year saw a 35% growth in information technology outsourcing (ITO) among medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology firms. The ITO market, estimated at $30 billion in 2012, is expected to grow to $68.1 billion by 2020 with a CAGR of 12%.
