While the growth forecast for this year is not as rosy as in the years before the pandemic, Everest Group — a consultancy firm tapped by the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) — stated that the industry would still contribute US$29 billion in revenue and offer 130,000 jobs between 2021 and 2022.
