Citing a report from research firm Everest Group, Raoul R. Teh, JPMorgan Chase & Co. Philippines’ managing director and chief executive officer, highlighted the potential of an 8 to 13% revenue growth in the IT-business process management (IT-BPM) sector this year.
“We will be remiss if we do not use the lessons learned from this pandemic to reimagine and reassess how organizations can operate better in the future,” Teh said.
