The information technology-business process management (IT-BPM) industry may be in for another decade of uninterrupted growth starting with an 8-12% growth this year.
In her keynote, Sakshi Garg, a Vice President at Everest Group, said that Asia Pacific continues to dominate the global services landscape, holding about 60% of the overall market share with India and the Philippines as the top locations for IT services and business process service and delivery, respectively.
