Peter Bendor-Samuel, the CEO of outsourcing consultancy and research firm Everest Group, said last month: “It is clear than many firms are postponing or canceling offshoring activity as they wait to see what happens on the political front.”
Everest Group now expects revenue declines for the top five Indian service firms, which are also among the largest H-1B users.
