A new report by Everest Group, FAO Annual Report 2011 – FAO is Back!!, found that annual contract value for multi-process finance and accounting outsourcing grew almost 15 percent last year and 10 percent in 2009. The upward trend is expected to continue this year with FAO growing 15 to 20 percent and topping $4 billion in annual contract value. Read more.
