In fact, it’s the opportunity to try out new approaches that make Anil so enthusiastic about his work at Everest Group. “What has excited me about my career at Everest Group is the ability to change and grow. The opportunity to try new concepts and explore new research areas is always there, or even just the chance to put up my hand and ask if I can take something on or try out an idea,” he said.
Anil has been with Everest Group now for nearly six years, and his career has taken many turns since he joined. When he first came to Everest Group, he was a Practice Director in the HR and talent practice where he spent a couple of years developing research in this space and eventually took on service optimization technologies, or automation technology, as an additional research focus. Then in a little over three years, he moved to Vice President. “I was given the opportunity to grow, volunteer in other areas, and was encouraged along the way,” said Anil.

Today Anil is a Partner at Everest Group and has just transferred to London, England. “Overall, I’ve had a great experience at Everest Group. There are instances that really stand out to me, where I have identified particular topics or trends that organizations should know about or that we as a firm should research, and it’s been very encouraging to see these areas take off,” he said. “I’m proud of these instances when my research has helped organizations to be knowledgeable of what’s changing in the market,” he said.
