These entities may be involved in Everest Group’s processing of personal data on behalf of customers in connection with the delivery of its products and/or services.

Duration of Processing: For so long as personal data is being used for activities as described in Section 1(a) of the DPA, legitimate business need, or applicable law or regulation. The Everest Group Data Protection Addendum is available at www.everestgrp.com/DPA and is referred to herein as the “DPA.”
Customer may subscribe to notifications of any update to this Sub-Processors information by writing to Everest Group Data Protection Office at [email protected]. If Customer so subscribes, Everest Group will provide details of any change to the Everest Group Sub-Processors and Affiliates Information as soon as reasonably practicable.
