Optimism over SaaS (software as a service) companies will drive revenue growth of Indian IT firms in 2024, while ER&D (engineering and research and development) work will remain a bright spot, according to analysts.
Peter Bendor-Samuel, CEO of Everest Group, said, “This is an encouraging sign as tech spending tends to lead tech services spending. However, some caution is warranted; we have seen customer sentiment to be volatile over the last three quarters and this may be another false positive.”
