The Sell-Side Authority Matrix (the “Matrix”) is displayed as follows: by Version Number (No.), Effective Date, and a link is provided to each particular version of the Matrix.

 

“You” or “your” means the Customer as defined in the Everest Group Terms, available at www.everestgrp.com/terms-of-sale.  Any capitalized but undefined terms herein have the definition given in the Everest Group Terms.

 

The version of the Matrix governing and controlling your Order with Everest Group is the most recent version of the Matrix published as of the date of your Order.
