  • Deliver expert briefings, inquiries, and high value engagement that proactively identify opportunities for deeper support in key tech, tech services, and BPO categories (e.g., pricing, cloud, GenAI, finance, HR, customer experience)
  • Actively participate in revenue generation—partnering with Sales on sales calls, respond to RFPs, and refine proposals for memberships and projects related to market intelligence and commercial assurance
  • Stay up to date and guide the creation of innovative research on Procurement related technologies (ProcureTech)
  • Position and lead tailored, research-based consulting projects on sourcing and vendor management related topics
  • Collaborate with a globally distributed team, especially offshore-based analysts, ensuring strong alignment, mentorship, and delivery excellence
  • Advocate for client needs across the firm and serve as the “tip of the spear” for custom project engagements involving multiple service lines
  • Support Everest Group’s expanding presence in sourcing-focused events and with the procure-tech provider ecosystem by delivering thought leadership presentations that elevate our brand and generate interest
  • Operate with a growth mindset, bringing innovation and market sensitivity to the development of new offerings and insights

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, or procurement consulting or research
  • Preferred background includes a blend of consulting or professional service delivery, enterprise procurement roles with services category responsibility, or experience delivering managed procurement services on the service provider side
  • Familiarity with outsourced services and technology sourcing best practices
  • Track record of delivering and selling professional services; must have client-facing experience with a strong sales mindset
  • Comfort with C-suite engagement and ability to advise stakeholders on sourcing strategy and transformation

  • Must thrive in a collaborative, highly matrixed environment and be proactive in identifying internal and external collaboration opportunities
  • Experience working in or with heavily offshore delivery models a plus

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Strong executive presence, consultative problem-solving ability, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead virtual teams and influence across functions
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (U.S. domestic, with potential for limited international events)
