The supplier data protection addendum (the “DPA”) is displayed as follows: by version number (no.), effective date, and a link is provided to each version of the DPA.
“You” or “your” means the supplier as defined in the Everest Group terms of purchase. Any capitalized but undefined terms herein have the definition given in the Everest Group terms of purchase.
The version of the DPA governing and controlling your order with Everest Group is the most recent version of the DPA published as of the date of order.
