Everest Group Data Protection Addendum

The Data Protection Addendum (the “DPA”) is displayed as follows: by Version Number (No.), Effective Date, and a link is provided to each particular version of the DPA.

“You” or “your” means the Customer as defined in the Everest Group Terms, available at www.everestgrp.com/terms-of-sale.  Any capitalized but undefined terms herein have the definition given in the Everest Group Terms.

The version of the DPA governing and controlling your Order with Everest Group is the most recent version of the DPA published as of the date of your Order.
