Nikhil Malhotra
Nikhil Malhotra is a Vice President at Everest Group, where he focuses on global business services (GBS) growth and evolution strategy, location selection and portfolio optimization, talent management strategy, sourcing strategy, cost optimization/benchmarking, and GBS value proposition. His responsibilities include leading Everest Group’s shared services membership offerings and advisory projects in the insurance domain areas.
Prior to joining Everest Group, Nikhil worked with various advisory firms and was part of the growth strategy team at Genpact. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai, and a bachelor’s degree in business economics from Delhi University, India.
