Dheeraj Maken is a Practice Director and is responsible for leading banking and capital markets research, including tracking domains such as banking operations, mortgage, capital markets, financial crime and compliance landscapes, and trends across emerging BFS segments.
Prior to Everest Group, Dheeraj worked with Accenture Strategy, Wipro BPS, and TCS as a consultant, helping clients achieve their digital transformation objectives for their BFSI, telecom, and IT practices. He holds a master’s in business administration from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.
