This RFP evaluation toolkit is designed to help sourcing and category managers prepare an RFP that will align with their objectives and to help evaluate RFP responses against those objectives. The toolkit includes an overview document that explains best practices to run an RFP process, an RFP template, and an excel-based evaluation tool to assess service provider responses.
It lists major activities that are part of any RFP process, guidelines to use the RFP evaluation toolkit, and some suggested evaluation criteria based on Everest Group’s experience helping clients in service provider evaluation.
Some reports are complimentary and others require a qualifying membership.
