Generative AI has delivered real value inside enterprises, but largely of the incremental kind. It helps individuals work faster, supports existing processes, and improves productivity at the margins. What it has not yet done, at least not at scale and not very often, is deliver the kind of transformational breakthrough companies are seeking.

We are still far from seeing AI consistently unlock new operating models, materially reshape customer experience, or create entirely new capabilities across the enterprise.

That gap is not a technology problem; it is a selling and adoption problem.
