Shubham Gupta is a Practice Director at Everest Group, specializing in Global Business Services (GBS) and Global Capability Centre (GCC) initiatives for banking and financial services (BFSI) clients. In his role, he assists leading enterprises on advancing their global sourcing and shoring growth and evolution strategies. Specifically, his expertise focuses on talent and workforce management, location selection, portfolio optimization, cost benchmarking, peer intelligence, organizational restructuring, and enhancing the GBS/GCC value proposition.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Shubham worked with frog (part of Capgemini Invent) and Accenture Song, where he helped clients reimagine customer experiences, GTM strategies and transformation programs. Known for blending analytical rigor with creative thinking, Shubham enjoys solving big-picture problems and turning ideas into lasting impact.

Shubham holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in technology from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai.
