Network Transformation and Managed Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2021

In the past 12-18 months, the move to work-from-home as a result of the pandemic has driven a significant increase in digital transformation. Enterprises’ efforts to provide their employees seamless and secure connectivity through network transformation and rapid cloud adoption further accelerated the development of next-generation network technologies. Going forward, network transformation initiatives will gain even more momentum with next-generation network technologies such as private 5G networks, SDN, and IoT/edge networks. As enterprises increasingly adopt these technologies, network services providers need to ensure that they have strategies in place to ensure that they can fulfill the demand for these next-generation network services.

In this research, we present detailed assessments of 12 service providers featured on the Network Transformation and Managed Services PEAK Matrix® and categorize them as Leaders, Major Contenders, and Aspirants based on their capabilities and offerings.
