He is an expert in sourcing and location models, regluarly working with clients on strategic assessments to optimize impact while mitigating risk. Eric is a frequent speaker at industy events on an array of global services topics and has a passion for impact sourcing - using disadvantaged populations for service delivery.
Prior to joining Everest Group, Eric was a Consultant with McKinsey & Company for eight years. He holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
