RFP Questionnaire: ESG Attributes

Organizations assess various parameters when selecting suppliers, and typical factors such as solutions, references, and commercials have expanded to include Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) parameters. While, in the past, ESG parameters were mere check-the-box or good-to-have selection criteria, they are now becoming deal-breakers – or makers – in many instances. In this accelerator, we share a practical Excel tool that spans all ESG aspects and lists pertinent questions that organizations can include in a Request For Proposal (RFP) when sourcing from providers.
