SCM BPS providers are embedding generative AI across supply chain activities, such as demand forecasting, supplier query resolution, risk intelligence, and track and trace, and exploring agentic AI use cases through pilots and proofs of concept across existing supply chain clients. They continue to expand their partner ecosystem, including technology providers and specialist supply chain firms, to offer diverse solutions and deep expertise to clients. Additionally, providers continue to expand their capabilities across upstream supply chain processes, such as planning, while deepening expertise in deliver and after‑sales processes. Many providers also offer support in building and modernizing supply chain operations within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
