Digital Workplace – Service Provider Compendium 2020

COVID-19 has had a profound impact on enterprises, service providers, and employees. Most enterprises have handled workplace-related disruptions well, albeit with a knee-jerk reaction through Work From Home (WFH) enablement. However, the current WFH model allows employees to remain operational only from home. With remote working bound to play a vital role in the future of workplace, enterprises need to reinvent their long-term vision and approach to WFH and leverage it as an enabler of employee growth, productivity, and experience. They need to understand the requirements of a distributed workforce and create a resilient workplace, underpinned by work from anywhere, anytime, and any device.

In this research, we present an assessment and profiles of 23 IT service providers featured on Everest Group’s Digital Workplace Services PEAK Matrix® and categorize them into Leaders, Major Contenders, and Aspirants. Each profile offers a comprehensive picture of the digital workplace service provider’s vision and strategy, scope of services offered, innovation and investments, delivery capabilities, and strengths and areas of improvement.
