PEAK Matrix® Heatmap and Highlights

The Heatmap and Highlights are designed to help sourcing and category managers compare their current and potential service providers across multiple functional areas/spend categories to understand the relative alignment of their portfolio. Together they cover more than 390+ service providers and over 100+ spend categories. Within a category, the relevant service providers have been classified as Leaders, Contenders, and Aspirants. Please refer to the Heatmap’s introduction tab to understand the definitions of these categories. The Heatmap and Highlights are updated monthly.
